It all started in 1987 when Alice and Paulo were looking for a property that would become their Family Project and where they could make great quality wine.

At Quinta da Chocapalha, every member of the family is part of creating the spirit of this project.

Alice and Paulo Tavares da Silva found the estate to carry out their family dream. There was so much to be done, but they quickly took on the necessary work to make Quinta da Chocapalha what it is today.
