VINIFICATION
The fermentation occurred during 30 days in stainless steel vats,with temperature control, and the wine stayed in contact with thelees for 5 months.
TASTING NOTE
Bright and intense color, very charming nose, fresh and aromaticwith hints of peach, light tropical, and green apple. On the palate isvery balanced, with good unctuosity and mineral tension. It is a veryfresh and harmonious wine with a long aromatic length.
